BOUCHER LETTERS TO FCC, DOJ ASK AGENCIES TO APPROVE COMCAST-NBC UNIVERSAL MERGER AND ENSURE CONTINUED CONSUMER ACCESS TO CONTENT

 

            (Washington, D.C.) – Today, U.S. Representative Rick Boucher sent letters to the Federal Communications Commission and the Department of Justice asking that the agencies approve the proposed combination of Comcast and NBC Universal and that they give special consideration to ensuring that consumers receive no less content after the merger than is available to them today.
